How SenecMe works

Start with the need that is obvious. Build the rest as life makes it relevant.

SenecMe is not a homework assignment you have to finish in one sitting. The most useful approach is to cover the immediate emergency gap first and then organise more over time.

1

Start the Trial

Experience SenecMe before selecting your ongoing plan. Keep the first session small: one emergency contact, your chosen ICE information, the QR and one sensible placement. See the first-session guide →

2

Set up your emergency starting point

Add the contacts and emergency information you want ready, review the visibility choices and generate your ICE QR.

3

Put the QR where it makes sense

Use your ICE card and additional copies in practical locations that match your lifestyle or activities.

4

Build below the surface

Add the important people, documents, policies, passwords and wider Life Readiness information that matters to your circumstances.

5

Use life events as prompts

Review what changes when illness, marriage, children, retirement, travel, major assets or eventual handover change the practical picture.

6

Choose your ongoing plan

Move to Basic/Barebones when the focused essentials are enough, Full House for the complete experience, or a Custom Plan when multiple users have one payer.

7

Keep it current

Readiness only helps when information stays useful. Review SenecMe as your contacts, health, family and affairs change.

Reduce the first-session load

Useful beats complete.

Do not wait until you have enough time to populate every part of SenecMe. Close the emergency gap first, save what you have done, and return later.

Exceptional access fallback

What if you cannot provide access yourself?

SenecMe also has a controlled Manual Request process. It is deliberately slower than normal access and is designed around documentary evidence, repeated member notification, prior release authority and human review.

Understand Manual Request
NOT A SHORTCUTManual Request is there for exceptional circumstances.

If the member can still assist, normal access and sharing remain the right route.

Your privacy

Preparing information is not the same as publishing it.

SenecMe is designed around user control. Information stored in the application and information selected for an emergency workflow are not treated as the same thing.

The principle

  • You create your own profile.
  • You decide what emergency information is available.
  • A payer does not automatically own another user's data.
  • Your SenecMe profile remains your own, even when somebody else pays through a Custom Plan.
