Family and estate handover

If your family had to take over tomorrow, would they know where to begin?

The hardest part is often not that information does not exist. It is that the people who need it do not know what exists, where it is, or who else should be contacted.

The first hours create questions

A handover is easier when somebody knows what exists before they start searching.

SenecMe helps create a structured life-file and readiness picture. It does not replace a valid will, executor, attorney, financial adviser or any other professional requirement.

01

Find the people

Who in the family, professional team or support network should be contacted?

02

Find the information

Where are the important documents, policies, accounts and supporting records?

03

Understand the picture

Which assets, liabilities, responsibilities and life-event information may matter?

04

Know what is missing

Use readiness prompts to identify gaps before somebody else has to discover them under pressure.

The difference between storage and readiness

A folder full of documents is useful. A family that knows where to start is better.

SenecMe is not positioned as another generic cloud drive. The value is in connecting the information to the people and life events that make it important.

THE HANDOVER TESTCould somebody other than you explain the shape of your affairs?

If the answer is “not really”, that is the gap SenecMe is designed to help reduce.

Build the picture over time

You do not have to organise everything in one day.

Start with emergency readiness, then add the documents, people, policies, assets, liabilities, passwords and life-event information that matter to your own situation.

If the member cannot help you access the account

Family relationship alone does not unlock a SenecMe profile.

SenecMe's Manual Request process checks documentary evidence, gives the member repeated opportunities to decline, and ultimately checks whether the requester is one of the people the member previously authorised for information release.

CONTROLLED RECOVERYPrepare the authority before somebody has to rely on it.

The member's own prior release choices remain central to the later Manual Request review.
