When the normal route is not available
There is a Manual Request fallback, but it is deliberately not instant.
For exceptional circumstances where a member cannot assist with normal access, an eligible pre-authorised person can submit a documented request for human review.
How Manual Request worksThe protection principle:
SenecMe attempts to contact the member repeatedly and checks the member's prior authority choices before access recovery can proceed.
